    This was a relatively easy and tasty meal. My son, who is learning to cook, made the entire thing on his own with just a little help on the grilling end from Dad.

    I would be nice to see cooking options for those of us who don't own a grill, especially for this issue with so many recipes made for the grill. UPDATE - these cooked up well in the oven on the high broil setting. Very smoky flavor thanks to the sesame oil!

    This was a huge hit at our house. I substituted the sake with mirin (as that's what I had). My 11 year old daughter did most of it. I just chopped the chicken and hubby did the grilling. Served it with steamed rice with chopped scallions. Will serve it with ginger fried rice next time.
