Ingredients

4 servings of wonton soup
1 cup washed spinach
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Drop 1 cup of washed spinach in each of 4 bowls. Pour hot wonton soup over the greens. Add 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan and let it melt on top.
