I havent made them yet but think they would be super easy and yummy. To SephandEmma, maybe try putting a large enough squirt of frosting in the center of the cookie so that when the kiss is pressed on it kind of mushes out around the edge, then just pipe a bow. Like I said i havent made them but that seems like it would be easier than piping it like you said. :)

Bring out your inner witch to make these two-cute cookies that kids are sure to love. Bonus? They're super easy.
Yield: 32 cookies
- 1 (4.25-ounce) tube orange or red decorating frosting
- 1 (11 1/2-ounce) package fudge-striped shortbread cookies (32 cookies)
- 1/2 (13-ounce) package milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped (32)
- Pipe a small mound of frosting in center of each chocolate-covered cookie bottom; press a chocolate kiss on frosting. Pipe a frosting band and bow around base of each kiss.
