  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup grapefruit sections (about 1 large grapefruit)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
