    Made this for Christmas Eve and it was the juiciest turkey I've ever had. One modification: brined the turkey overnight.

    Very, very good and worth a little extra work on the barbecue. I have used both brined and non-brined turkeys and they were equally moist. This method also frees up room in the oven!
