Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (9-ounce) package fresh spinach
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Heat olive oil and garlic in a large saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add fresh spinach; sauté 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
