  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 shallots, very thinly sliced
  • 1 pound stemmed, chopped Lacinato kale
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It
