Have made this twice and loved it each time, a big hit at holiday meals with its sophisticated and subtle flavors. Being able to make ahead of time and serve at room temp frees up the stove top. Plan to use the leftover rosemary oil for a vinaigrette for your salad greens.

Absolutely declicious and perfect for Thanksgiving! I used cherry flavored Craisins and subbed balsamic vinegar for the sherry vinegar. Excellent!
