Worthy of a Special Occasion

Fabulous! Very light with a nice touch of pumpkin and spice. I used the all purpose unbleached flour and pumpkin pie spice. I was very happy with the lightness in spite of the whole wheat flour. Definitely the best pumpkin pancake recipe I've tried!
