Ingredients
- 2 (6-inch) whole-wheat pitas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°.
- 2. Split each pita in half horizontally to form 2 rounds. Brush rough sides of pita halves with oil. Combine pepper, salt, and cumin; sprinkle evenly over pita halves. Cut each pita half into 8 wedges. Arrange, rough side up, in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 14 minutes or until browned at edges and crisp.
