Place oats in container of an electric blender; cover and process until ground. Combine oats, whole wheat flour, and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine milk, egg substitute, and oil; add to oats mixture, stirring just until moistened.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot griddle or skillet coated with cooking spray. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
Sprinkle pancakes evenly with powdered sugar, and serve with syrup.
Good pancakes. They seemed a bit thick when I put them on the griddle, but turned out good. I added 2 Tbsp of sugar and a bit of vanilla. The recipe only made 8 pancakes using 1/4 cup of batter for each one. You'll want to double the recipe if you're serving to more than 2-3 people as a main dish.
