Ingredients

  • 3 (6-inch) whole-wheat pitas, split horizontally
  • Olive oil–flavored cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2. Cut each pita half into 8 wedges, creating 48 wedges. Arrange wedges in single layers on 2 baking sheets. Coat wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with salt and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until toasted. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
