Forget squeezing lemons by hand for fresh juice. You can make the fastest—and most vibrantly lemony—batch of fresh lemonade you’ve ever had by using the whole lemon. Just toss your lemons into a blender and process with water and sugar, then strain out the solids—boom, couldn’t be easier. In fact, you can use this same technique with fresh limes to make limeade or even better, a fast batch of margaritas

How to Make It

Process lemons, sugar, and 4 cups of the water in a blender until completely smooth and frothy, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher; discard solids. Stir in ice and remaining 2 cups water.
