Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 slivers yellow onion
  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 3.5 cups water

Preparation

  1. Put oil and onion in frying pan.
  2. Heat until onion turns golden.
  3. Add rice stir until rice turns white.
  4. Add water bring to a light boil.
  5. turn to low and cover.
  6. when rice is flat and slightly tender turn heat off and cover for 10 minutes.
