This was good but it wasn't what I expected. It's a nice warm drink but not a nice white hot chocolate to have on a warm night.. w/ the 1% milk it wasn't a thick as I would of liked and the spices definatly took over the flavor... which I liked the flavor, but I was looking for more of the white chocolate flavoring. I'll definatly make this again and it was good w/ cookies but it's not a true white chocolate hot chocolate.
White Hot Spiced Chocolate
This drink is best made with fine ingredients like fresh nutmeg and top-quality white chocolate (we tested with Ghirardelli white chocolate chips). You can find both at a gourmet grocery or large supermarket.
Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about 1/2 cup hot chocolate and 1 tablespoon whipped topping)
