  • 1 cup cannellini beans
  • 1 cup steamed green beans
  • 1/2 cup orange segments
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • Salad greens


  1. Rinse cannellini beans; place in a bowl. Add steamed green beans and orange segments to bowl. Whisk together olive oil, orange juice and cumin; toss with bean mixture and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve on a bed of greens.
