I made this recipe, doubling the green beans and substituting garbanzo beans for white beans. I also doubled the components of the dressing. It was fresh and crunchy, the perfect summer side with our turkey burgers.

Ingredients
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 15-oz. can white beans
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Rinse green beans; cut in half. Place in bowl, cover with damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse white beans. Toss beans in bowl with Italian seasoning, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
