  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 15-oz. can white beans
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Rinse green beans; cut in half. Place in bowl, cover with damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse white beans. Toss beans in bowl with Italian seasoning, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
