White Glaze

Yield 1 1/4 cups


  • 6 (1-ounce) squares white chocolate, melted
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar

How to Make It

  1. Combine chocolate, water, and vanilla in a bowl, stirring well. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until smooth.

  2. Note: For white chocolate, we used Baker's.
