Perfect if you want it to taste like butter. The butter was overwhelming. The glaze ended up not tasting sweet. I had to mix in some confectioner's sugar and more cream to get this back on track.
White Chocolate Glaze
- 4 ounces chopped white chocolate
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- Microwave chopped white chocolate and whipping cream at HIGH in a 2-cup glass measuring cup 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted, stirring twice. Whisk in butter until blended, and spoon immediately over éclairs.
