LOVED this cookie! The only change I make is to take a cup of dried cranberries and soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes. I dry them before adding with the white chocolate chips.

Delicious. Great texture once cooled. Slightly crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Easy to make. Followed recipe as written, just added some dark chocolate chunks as well. Definitely a keeper.

Made these with milk chocolate chips and they came out great! A very straight-forward and easy recipe that I will for sure make again.

These are the best cookies I have ever made. We never add the nuts and they still turn out perfectly wonderful every time. My friends and family always call them "crack cookies" because they are so addictively delicious!

These are very good! They have a nice soft, butter cookie texture with a little oatmeal and lots of yummy white chocolate chips. I have made these exactly according to the recipe once, and added dried cranberries once - both were good! They are definitely on my holiday baking list from now on!

Wow! This is by far the best cookie recipe I've used yet. I love the oatmeal with the white chocolate. This makes a lot by the way. 350 for 12 minutes is perfect!

These were fantastic and easy to make. I made them exactly to recipe. My boyfriend loved them too, and couldn't stop eating them; I had to stash a few so I could have some! Will definitely make these often.

These are delicious cookies. I took them to a 4th of July party and they disappeared so quickly. I didn't change a thing with the ingredients. They are a rich tasting cookie.

These cookies are great. Have made several times and always turn out perfectly. However, its is a challenge to get all of the oatmeal and chips incorporated and I do not even add the nuts!

These cookies are good but a bit too sweet (for my taste). If I make them again, I will use 1/4 less of both sugars and about 1/2 as many white chocolate chips. Perhaps I would substitute cranberries for half the chips???

I just finished baking my last batch. These are tasty. My husband likes cruchier cookies and this one is perfect, slightly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I followed the recipe as is, except I used drieid cranberries. Will make again!

Best cookies ever! My family likes a bigger cookie so I doubled the size. Really great!

The dough was a bit stiff and I wondered if they'd be hard, dry lumps, but baked for no excess time, they're about perfect- crunchy, yet slightly chewy inside. I made a few minor changes- whole wheat flour in lieu of one of the three cups and addition of chopped dried cherries (will increase to a full cup next time and reduce white chips a bit). The real "upgrade" was toasting the pecans and the oatmeal. An excellent baker friend once told me toasting nuts ALWAYS makes a recipe better. I decided to follow her advice on these cookies and I think it worked. My co-workers gave them high marks today. I am taking the other half of the batch (nice large quantity of cookies from this recipe, by the way) to a birthday potluck in a few minutes, and we'll see if they score as well there. My suspicion is that there will be no leftovers to bring home!
