White Chicken Chili
- bay leaf
- 1 can(s) black beans
- 1 can(s) corn
- 3 clove(s) garlic
- 1 can(s) green chili sauce
- mexican cheese blend
- 1 onion
- Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add green chili sauce, corn, beans, and bay leaf. Simmer.
- Brown chicken in pan, but do not cook all the way through. Cut chicken into chunks or strips. Add to chili.
- Garnish with avocado, cheese, and/or cilantro.
