Combine 1 (15-ounce) can Navy beans, drained and rinsed, and 1 large tomato, chopped. Add 1/4 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette, stirring to coat. Spoon bean mixture over Bibb lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
