    This was yummy and easy to make! Definitely will make again! I did increase the garlic per other reviews and checked the liquid after 1-1/2 hours and the liquid was fine. I did not drain the diced tomatoes since hubby & I like having sauce to dip our bread in.

    I have made this recipe twice so far and it has been absolutely delicious both times - so simple yet savory and flavorful! Both times I doubled the garlic to 2 cloves and used sweet Italian sausage. The first time, I didn't have the beans called for but I used cannellini beans and black beans and it was still delicious. Next time, I'm making a double batch. A hearty, filling winter stew!

    I was a bit skeptical of this recipe in the beginning because it has so few ingredients, but it is really flavorful. I doubled the amount of garlic recommended and used Johnsonville Smoked New Orleans sausage. This is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely make it again.

    this one is a winner! easy, quick and great tasting. my husband claims this was one of the best crock pot recipe's i've ever done. i would check the liquid level after 1.5 hours instead of 2. great recipe, this one is now a family favorite!

    I thought this was great. Since my man likes things spicy I made this with jalapenos diced into it and an extra clove of garlic. Although the original version is delicious as well. Just simple and good
