- 1/2 cup canned white beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 slices whole-grain toast
- 2 slices jarred roasted red pepper
How to Make It
In a bowl, mash beans with pesto and lemon juice. Spread over whole-grain toast and top with roasted red pepper.
