White Bean Dip

This is sooo yummy! Very cheap to make and is good for you. I serve it with baked pita chips that I make myself. It is always a hit at potlucks!

Disgusting. I believe the main part of this white bean dip's failure is that the recipe calls for too much mint. It overpowered the beans. My advice, be careful how much spice you put into this dip. I won't even try to make this again.

The proportions of herb and shallot is way off in this recipe. I even decreased the mint per the other review, thank goodness because if I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to salvage it
