White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (19-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Garnish, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables.
