I grilled tuna steaks and then sliced/chopped it...makes the salad totally yummy!! Dressing is fabulous!
White Bean-and-Tuna Salad
Stuff a whole wheat pita with this refreshing salad for a new way to enjoy tuna and beans.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (20-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (6 1/2-ounce) can solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Lettuce leaves
Preparation
- Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add beans, tuna, and green onions, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve over lettuce.
