Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked farfalle (bow tie pasta)
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup prechopped tricolor bell pepper mix
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Preparation

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Rinse under cold water until cool; drain well.
  2. 2. While pasta cooks, combine vinegar and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add pasta, bell pepper mix, and dill, and toss well.
