White & Wild Rice Pilaf

    Delicious! I will be using this recipe again! I started the recipe the night before through the wild rice by using 2 cups of the vegetable broth. I finished cooking it the following day by adding the remaining broth and white rice and cooked it for the last 20 minutes. I also added mushrooms at the end. Turned out great and my family loved it.
