  • 1 cup(s) arrowroot flour or cornstarch
  • 1 cup(s) icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 cup(s) spelt flour
  • 24 chocolate chips nor cherries optional

Preparation

1-Cream first 4 ingredients

2-Add the flour

3-drop by tsp onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

4-place chocolate chip or cherry in centre if desired

5-Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350
