How to Make It

Step 1

Place the rutabaga and apple in a saucepan; add water to pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Drain.

Step 2

Place rutabaga mixture and remaining ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
