Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

Tip: For best results when beating whipping cream, be sure the bowl and beaters are well chilled.
