- 1 pound(s) cheddar cheese grated
- 3 tablespoon(s) flour
- 2/3 cup(s) beer
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard powder
- Toss cheese with flour. Heat beer until boiling. Gradually add 1/2 cheese, worcestershire and mustard, stirring until smooth. Add remaining cheese and heat until cheese is completely melted. Serve over toast points.
