Weeknight Ravioli Lasagna

    Great. So easy. I was wary using refrigerated ravioli and frozen spinach. Did not sound too promising. I was wrong. Be sure to squeeze all the water you can out of the spinach, you will not want this to get soggy. I think I will add ground beef to the spaghetti sauce next time to give it a little extra flavor.

    Loved this dish. It was so FAST and easy to prepare. I used frozon cheese ravioli instead of refrigerated ravioli, I just thawed it first and it worked the same. I used more marinara sauce then listed, actually I used my favorite spaghetti/pasta sauce. If you like lasagna, you will enjoy this simple way to make it on busy weeknight.

    This recipe was delicious & very easy to make. The prep time was very fast. My husband complimented me after the first bite. I shared the recipe with both my daughters and friends at work. I think I might experiment with one layer of meat/sausage ravioli and one layer of cheese. This also looks fancy enough to make for company! I made it in a a foil pan so there was no clean-up. We served it with a nice salad and red wine. Yum!

    Liked the recipe although wasn't crazy about the spinach. My problem may have been that I used frozen leaf spinach instead of the chopped. Next time I will use the chopped before I eliminate it all together. I also used more sauce than called for.

    I've made this several times and it is always yummy. Last night I used wild mushroom ravioli, and it was AMAZING. Like earlier reviewers, I prefer a bit more sauce than what the recipe calls for.
