  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1/2 cup diced plum tomato (about 1 tomato)
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
  2. 2. Place 1 lettuce wedge on each of 4 plates. Drizzle with dressing. Top with tomato and pepper.
