How to Make It

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add beans; cook 5 minutes. Drain well.

Step 2

Combine lime juice, canola oil, honey, and minced chipotle chile in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add wax beans, black beans, and salt to bowl; toss to coat. Sprinkle with toasted pepitas.
