Strawberries and watermelon have a natural affinity for each other; together, they deliver vitamin C and lycopene, which are good for your heart. Dress up this slush with watermelon wedges, if desired.

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries
4 cups (1-inch) watermelon cubes
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons chopped mint
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preparation

1. Hull the strawberries and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour 20 minutes, or until frozen.

2. Place watermelon in a blender; process until liquefied. Add honey, mint, lime juice, and strawberries; process until smooth.
