Use frozen watermelon cubes to create an icy texture in this boozy summertime refresher. If looking for a non-alcoholic approach, simply omit the tequila.  

Ingredients

  • 8 cups 1-inch seedless watermelon cubes, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 jalapeño, halved and seeded
  • 3/4 cup silver tequila, optional
  • Mint sprigs and watermelon wedge, for garnish

How to Make It

  1. Process watermelon, lime juice, honey and jalapeño in a blender until smooth. Stir in tequila, if desired. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and watermelon wedge.
