Use frozen watermelon cubes to create an icy texture in this boozy summertime refresher. If looking for a non-alcoholic approach, simply omit the tequila.  

How to Make It

Process watermelon, lime juice, honey and jalapeño in a blender until smooth. Stir in tequila, if desired. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and watermelon wedge.
