Love this recipe. Have taken it to family reunion, served during book club dinner, made it for grandkids...everybody loves it and it's really easy.

I made this for my daughter's Bridal Shower and have had to give this recipe out to half the people that attended. My daughter is allergic to mint so I sustituted basil and it was wonderful. Easy to make, surprising flavor and can be made ahead of time.

Made this at work for a luncheon and Everybody wanted the recipe! Definitely yummy and will definitely make it at home and for other luncheons.
