1 mini seedless watermelon (about 8 cups of watermelon flesh)
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6-7 lemons)
1/2 cup loosely packed mint leaves
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
How to Make It
Place the watermelon flesh, lemon juice, and mint leaves in a blender; process at high speed until smooth. Add sugar; blend until sugar is dissolved. Strain the mixture into a large pitcher through a fine mesh sieve; discard the watermelon pulp and any other solids. Stir in the water and serve over ice.
