    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I love these! I look forward to making them every summer. I don't use crushed ice, just blend everything except the ice, then add ice cubes, filling the blender to about 5 cups, then blend until thick and smooth. Also, i usually don't bother sugaring (or salting) the rim.
