I agree, tasty and refreshing. I used only 5 cups of watermelon, with 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, and 1 lime. Came out perfect. I didn't think it took much time at all.

Yum. For two people I followed shineah's proportions and poured over ice in a large glass. Yum!

I only was able to get 2/3 C lime juice from my limes, and it is still delicious. It kind of tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher (in a refreshing, good way).

Made this refreshing drink for the hot Memorial Day weekend - what a hit! I did think that the lime juice amount was a bit much, but after a splash of white rum, some muddled fresh mint leaves plus a few cubes of fresh watermelon, these drinks made fantastic mojitos! The prep (minus chopping up the watermelon) was 5 minutes total. 100% Keeper! Enjoy!!

i substitute the lime with lemon since only lemon available at home...it turn quit ok...but i need to add a little bit more of sugar to taste the sweetness, might be because of my watermelon too..
