Watercress Sauce

Yield 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh watercress, stemmed and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

How to Make It

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides; cover and chill.
