- 1 bunch fresh watercress, stemmed and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
