Wasabi Peas & Almonds Coating takes you beyond the basic breadrumb topping for your favorite pork or chicken cutlet.
- 1 1/2 cups crushed wasabi peas
- 1 cup crushed wasabi-and-soy sauce almonds
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Stir together wasabi peas, almonds, kosher salt, and ground red pepper.
