Wasabi Edamame

Serving size: 1 1/2 cups


1 pound frozen edamame (green soybeans)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Cook 1 pound frozen edamame (green soybeans) according to package directions; drain. Immediately toss with 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon wasabi paste, and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
