- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly. Whisk in soy sauce and 1 tablespoon water. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
