Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
- 1. Place sugar and in a medium skillet. Add berries and next 2 ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute; reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring often, 7 minutes or until thickened. Stir in butter.
