Warm 3-Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded gouda cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp yellow cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives (optional)
  • Ruby Crescent Fingerling Fries

Preparation

1. Toss together cheeses in a small bowl. Put cheese in a small saucepan with cream and cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese has melted and is smooth.

2. Stir in 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives. Serve with Fingerling Fries.
