How to Make It

Step 1

Toss together cheeses in a small bowl. Put cheese in a small saucepan with cream and cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese has melted and is smooth.

Step 2

Stir in 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives. Serve with Fingerling Fries.
