How to Make It

Combine 8 cups apple cider, 1 cinnamon stick, 8 whole cloves and 1 (3-inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into 6 small pieces, in a saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer, partially covered, for 15 minutes. Strain into a heatproof pitcher or bowl and serve warm. Serves
